The faith of a child

It's so easy to complicate your life when it comes to faith. Faith is very simple, like talking, walking, or driving a car. Sometimes it takes a child's faith to show us that the kingdom of God is within us, and all we have to do is grab it.

This Sister's testimony reminds us to listen and recognize the Word of God, and then we have to act on what that Word said, just like this little girl did.

The other day my nine year old daughter came home from her first class.  Creations, and she was having a fever. The next day, the fever persisted and even reached 38.8 degrees Celsius.

As that evening was a Wednesday, we stayed at home while her father and brother attended Branham Tabernacle Church in Jeffersonville. We decided to play the same Tape (one of Brother Branham's sermons on tape)  that we were going to go to church that night. We had our own little meeting; we prayed and sang, and then we started the Band.

Usually my little girl is pretty quiet at meetings, but she's easily distracted, and needs to be reminded to follow the Band, but not that night. She listened intently, and she was attentive throughout listening to the Band. At the end of the meeting, Brother Branham prayed for the sick, and asked them to stand up if they would accept their healing.

We both got up, and as soon as the meeting was over, she said, “Well, I'm healed,” and she run out and play. A few minutes later, she was bickering and jumping around like she usually does, and she hasn't slowed down a single time since.

Praise be to the Lord!
